Om Miro
En af de førende platforme til visuelt samarbejde, hvor teams får klaret arbejdet!
In addition, I like the integration with Microsoft Teams as an additional way to collaborate.
Sometimes I get lost with the layers or locking content. I feel that this feature could be set differently.

My experience using Miro as a creative tool
Kommentarer: In general, I have had nothing but good things to say about Miro. It has greatly enhanced our team's ability to work together, encouraging more innovative thinking and better communication. Adaptability to different frameworks and templates meets the needs of a wide range of projects, from user story mapping to sprint planning.
Fordele:
I think Miro's endless canvas is its strongest suit because it allows users to quickly and easily turn their thoughts into eye-catching visuals. The canvas is an enormous creative playground that may accommodate endless brainstorming sessions, mind mapping, and team projects.
Ulemper:
The learning curve for Miro's more advanced capabilities can be steep, but the app is a powerhouse for visual collaboration. You might need to go a little deeper to comprehend some of the more complex features, particularly if you're working with complicated processes or connectors.
A fun collaboration space that people actually enjoy
Kommentarer: I love it, and still use it in addition to other applications like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma. I find myself trying to do more than I need to in Miro, which is a good sign for what they're doing.
Fordele:
Super easy to create idea boards, show research, and keep everything in one spot. I love inviting members of my team to collaborate in a Miro doc. It's quite an interactive experience.
Ulemper:
Miro is slowly becoming much more than just a collaboration space. I find the bloat in the software slows things down as they update their app. Similar to how Canva is for those who can't use Adobe. Miro is becoming like a Figma for those who want to explain how to better the user experience. I'd love to see more animation and transition functionality similar to what Figma has. It would help keep the collaboration more exciting.
I regret our decision to buy Miro
Kommentarer: I was part of the team which selected Miro for one client, and I regret not fighting harder against the decision to buy it.
Fordele:
Miro is a nice tool for collaborative whiteboarding and its main advantage is that it's becoming somewhat ubiquitous, which is helpful when working across multiple teams and companies, as I do.
Ulemper:
I consider Miro to be more of a hindrance than a help to my work, mostly because of the obstructive, slow, and "clicky" user interface.
MIRO FOR THE WIN
Kommentarer: Amazing cannot sing its praise enough absolutely love it
Fordele:
Such an amazing tool for diagramming, planning and just straight whiteboarding.
Ulemper:
Haven’t had one yet if I’m really honest
Miro is the perfect tool for teams working on group web pages and email workflows
Kommentarer: Overall, Miro has been helpful in creating templates for landing pages as well as outlining our overall structure for how we want our marketing inbound workflows to work.
Fordele:
Miro makes it super easy to work on team planning designs, whether it's visual charts outlining website and email workflows or designing web pages for feedback from multiple team members.
Ulemper:
Some of the design elements in Miro aren't all that customizable such as font selection or adjusting the border radius of shapes.
Good solution for process mapping
Kommentarer: Miro is very useful for process mapping and all boards can be stored easily online with easy access. Also it does support multiple users to work on the same board simultaneously
Fordele:
I use miro on a daily basis for process mapping by using the large variety of predefined flows and templates which are ready to use.The miro app is great for collaboration while working remotely
Ulemper:
Miro is a an overall good product no issues faced
Easy to use software and hardly any training needed
Kommentarer: Miro is easy to use in terms of the visuals and can be picked up easily
Fordele:
It's really helpful to use especially for floorplans as a designer I can navigate through everything to design the floorplan
Ulemper:
Nothing really, I like that you can see how everyone is active and what they are doing incase they change something
It's been so good to us for brainstorming.
Kommentarer: Yes it's so good to us with visual indicators for brainstorming for teams.
Fordele:
Great for simultaneously collaborating on same board as a team. Love the visual indicator which helps as with brainstorming.
Ulemper:
Visual indicators are good for brainstorming.
Empowering Collaboration and Creativity with Miro: A Versatile Visual Workspace
Kommentarer:
A powerful tool for brainstorming sessions leading to detailed project planning.
One pit stop for the team working remotely to access any project related planning.
Fordele:
A vital tool for remote teams, enabling effective brainstorming sessions, project tracking, and strategic planning without the need for physical whiteboards.
Ulemper:
Good for online users but in terms of offline the usage is quite limited. Only basic export functionality available for free plan users whereas advanced features only available for the premium users.
Powerful tool for collaboration
Kommentarer: I like Miro and feel as if I haven't quite unlocked its potential..more to learn but the learning curve is high
Fordele:
I like the sharing aspect and the whiteboard
Ulemper:
It can be hard to workout where you are on the board, following along can be tricky if there's a lot of content
This tool has so many good uses
Kommentarer: We started playing with it for wireframes with free licenses. Then had a workshop with a customer and needed to by a couple of users and since then we haven't looked back. We use it a lot.
Fordele:
Easy to invite free users to a workshop/session and it is so easy for them to participate and contribute. Totally hassle free to start working with. And the use cases are so many. We do a lot of SCRUM meetings. We do wireframes, brainstorming, workshops, idea management and more.
Ulemper:
Tried doing a Product Roadmap and it is very visible but a hassle to do and update so I don't use it for that anymore.
Miro Active Communications And Collaborations
Kommentarer: Miro saves on cost and this makes it profitable.
Fordele:
Miro has many features and their customer service team is active to attend to you. Miro is easy to use. It also allows team to have beneficial communications.
Ulemper:
Miro has nothing that is a miss on my side.
Miro The Perfect Solutions To Modern Issues

The tool that helps us simplify and efficiently understand our workflow
Kommentarer: Miro has been a great support for our meetings and brainstorming sessions, and I appreciate its support for remote work as it has helped us accomplish many tasks.
Fordele:
I like everything about Miro. I love its organized whiteboard that has all the ready-made elements that help us complete the boards as we need them. I love the ease of gathering approvals from team members before approving the final plan. It is great that Miro allows us to participate in real-time remotely efficiently, and this helps us keep the flow of updates going.
Ulemper:
I have absolutely no hate for Miro with all its content. It makes the whiteboard a hub for planning and management, and has given our workflows the clarity and transparency we need.
Great tool for team collaboration
Fordele:
It is a great tool for brainstorming ideas and getting everyone from the team to pitch in. You can also easily hold votes to gauge the team's opinion on any matters. We use it a lot for creative brainstorming.
Ulemper:
It has so many functionalities that it can feel a bit cumbersome and hard to use at times, specially for older team members.
Good way to share and work with others
Kommentarer: We use Miro for all our meetings, it's best choice collaboration tool for brainstormings, mapping, customer journey design, mostly used for this even if the tools offers a good and simple task management tool with also assignation. But the best use we make of this tools is always for meetings, sharing info, notes, brainstorming, clustering and solution sharing. It's very difficult we can change for other tools.
Fordele:
The collaboration within this product is very effective, nontheless the good amount of possibilities to share comments, notes, links, images and the intuitive use of the tools present give us good moment since we are mostly remote workers. We use it for all kind of meetings from brainstormings to task management, but we surely prefer use it for brainstormings than for showing static contents.
Ulemper:
The most met problem is rendering time, I suppose there are a specific set of settings for the board, but it makes screen sharing very tedious sometimes, using the desktop app sometimes solves the problem but even passing from a tab to another make people nervous.
It is an invaluable collaborative software
Kommentarer:
Visual ideas are very easy to represent in Miro. This has allowed us to expose ideas better and spend little effort on communication. It has also been a way to create fairly complete prototypes.
We also often invite clients to see the first steps of commissioned projects so they can comfortably give feedback.
Fordele:
It is not necessary to download the app to use Miro. Inviting unfamiliar people is an excellent opportunity because it makes it easier for them. Also, it generates a lot of confidence in not having to install it if you don't know it. It is also a scalable and flexible software. From a couple of users to ten or more can collaborate without affecting functionality.
Ulemper:
The way of sorting the tabs feels very clumsy. It's impossible to save them in folders or sort them to make them more accessible according to individual needs, which sometimes makes me uncomfortable.
A Deep Dive into Miro's Visual Collaboration.
Kommentarer: Miro provides a highly visual and intuitive platform that enables teams to collaborate effectively, allowing for brainstorming, planning, and organizing ideas in a visual format. So personally I enjoy using Miro and I have recommended it to other people as well.
Fordele:
The platform's real-time collaboration features facilitate simultaneous work among team members, fostering quick updates, discussions, and feedback exchange. Miro's allows for various use cases, from project management and agile workflows to design thinking, allowing for diverse templates and frameworks. Enables teams to brainstorm, plan, and organize ideas in a visual format.
Ulemper:
Some times as boards grow in size or complexity, the performance might decrease, leading to slower load times or potential lags in responsiveness. Beginners might initially find Miro's interface and features slightly overwhelming, requiring some little time to get use to it.
Unshakable bond. Miro is practically genuine and relatable.
Kommentarer: Thumbs up for Miro. Easy and cost effective way to capture creativity and innovation while maintaining a clean record. Ideas are turned into beneficial projects.
Fordele:
Bringing teams together has been my greatest achievement using Miro. Creativity emanates from togetherness. Eventually, goals are set and achieved without struggles. Miro is a blessing to me.
Ulemper:
Miro has not shown any signs of disappointments. It works just fine and accurately. Good work.
Powerful and excellent tool for team collaboration
Fordele:
Miro helps us with day to day project planning. I like how it has helped us to create diagrams and flowcharts which has really enhanced collaboration and communication.
Ulemper:
I have no Cons yet since Miro covers everything that i need.
Miro: project management and data visualization solution
Fordele:
I love the flexibility that comes with the tool which allows for multiple projects
Ulemper:
The tool is awesome and there are no issues to date
Miro is a resourceful tool for planning and managing work.
Kommentarer: We have been getting the best experience with Miro one which we have never complained about. It allows us to bring our projects on tabs which allows us to take control over what happens and when. It allows to monitor project work and compare them with the plans to see whether we are heading to the right direction. This allows us to finish projects within the budget and timelines.
Fordele:
Miro has become a part and parcel of our daily work and the reason for this is how incredible it is in helping us manage our workflow. It gives us all the resources we need to formulate excellent work plans which includes Gannt charts to help us perform our work strategically. And to make it even better, Miro allows us to come together as a team and collaborate on our tasks which is an exceptional way of ensuring work efficiency and productivity.
Ulemper:
Miro has many great features which are all easy to use. However, with such a back load of features, the dashboard does not look clean and can be confusing at times.
Bring visual elements into just about any meeting
Fordele:
It is *very* easy and *very* quick to diagram with Miro. Ten minutes will give you a functional skeleton, thirty minutes will give you a really great flowchart/workflow/mind map etc. That's half the time I would expect to spend, based on my experience with other tools. What this means for individuals is that you're only a few minutes away from having something to share at a meeting. Even better, Miro makes it easy to share your work in a lot of different ways, including plain ol' export as a jpg, which means you can reach people who aren't necessarily going to jump on a video call with you.
Ulemper:
Though the interface is pretty easy to use, some of the advanced features will force even experienced users to pause and say "Wait, what does this do?" Also, digital accessibility isn't Miro's strong suit and I doubt they're meeting all the WCAG guidelines.
Lovely product and great execution
Fordele:
The simplicity and recently the addition of AI. I love that feature. Also Miro is really good at tiny gaps in consumer journeys and filling them. The shortcuts are great and the library of templates is love! I have used it so many times as a starting point. Always a great inspiration
Ulemper:
The zooming in and zooming out is great but the text size is limited. So If I have zoomed out and have created a big font sentence, then I can't make a bigger header without making everything one size small. Also the size of the new element(post-it, text) should be adjusted to the board size and not it's default size.
Does the job for story boarding
Fordele:
My favourite thing about Miro is the ability to select and arrange an array of sticky notes for storyboarding.
Ulemper:
Navigating around the application isn’t fully seamless. Sometimes you lose track of where your work is in the endless white page void.
