Very good value for money

Fordele:

LIME works very well straight out of the box and it's easy to use. Because of this people like it a lot and there is very little if any resistance from the users.

Ulemper:

At the time of purchase the history data was not available but now that's been fixed too.

Great system with both CRM and FRM capasity within the same system

Kommentarer: We use this system for the Leagues - Eliteserien and OBOS-ligaen as well as all clubs within these leagues.
It is a great tool for aggregation all fan activites and touchpoints as well as making the marketing departements more professional.

The search function Ability to add tickets through integrations Easy to customize

Ulemper:

Not all functions from the desktop version is in the webversion yet. Still have to use the desktop client in order to do some stuff.

Kommentarer: It is a good system to keep track of customers, easy for the users and you can develope the system as you develope your buisness

It is easy to use and has an Excell based structure. We have been able to customize the CRM for our organisation.It has alot of good funcionallitys The Ticket handling is very good, and also here we were able to customize this.

Ulemper:

The developing of the CRM are expensive in terms of how many hours the programmers estimate the changes will cost. We have also had many bugs and down times when Windows launch new updates. The Templates are Word based and not Excell. Why?The Admin system LISA is really old fashion

Kommentarer: Good. however it needs a bit of customisation, which I can´t do easyly enough on my own and need Lime employees for this.

Fordele:

Great to get easy access to all communication between clients. Like that i can calibrate infotiles as reminders for when example. fram agreements needs to be renegotiated or upcomming orders are ending.

Ulemper:

It´s a bit of a hassle to use the desktop version sometimes and that tit doesnt work for mac users.That I need to reconfigure everything from the Desktop version to fit the Web version. Automatic flows etc.

Kommentarer: The support during the implementation of the CRM was superb. We are waiting for some improvments in the system regarding the add-on functions but overall we have now a functioning CRM system with better overview of ourcomplete business.

Fordele:

The best feature with Lime CRM for us was to be able to handle both sales and field service in one program. We have now a machine register which is the link between the Sales department and Service department.Very good overview over our opportunities, work orders, to-does, service agreements, tickets, etc.

Ulemper:

I don't like the actual functionality of the add-on for Microsoft Outlook. You can only chose to connect oportunities that belongs to the contact in the e-mail, it should be possible to connect to any oportunity in the system. It should be posssible to choose if you want to synchronize the e-mail with the attachements embedded in the e-mail or as separate documents.

Online version is not good enough or expensive development costs. Can't add on invoicing there so that's why

Malux thoughts on Lime

Kommentarer: LIME is supporting Malux to maintain a high level of internal and external customer service. Helps us save alot of time and not letting any case fall behind.

Fordele:

The customizable product, its owned and developed fully by the same people who sold it. Which can make all the diff when it comes to understanding and meet business needs.

Ulemper:

The lack of a full experience mobile app. The poor integration with Office 365 and calendar synk. The file viewer gui is to elaborate, and missing preview functions for common formats.

Flexible and easy to adjust to our changing needs

Kommentarer: Control of our customers through all processes, from lead to on- and off boarding and managing the customer throughout the whole process. We manage tickets and document all communication with customers in one place, in Lime.

Fordele:

Easy to filter and search. Flexible and easy to adjust to our ever changing needs. We don´t have to build our processes around the system, instead we build the system around our processes.

Ulemper:

The reporting tool is hard to use and the new import function is not as good as the old one. It is hard to understand and not as flexible as the older version.

Lime CRM as an adaptation

Kommentarer: If and when everybody feels comfortable with working in Lime CRM then we can benefit from the system. We will have the transparecy and sharing of information. We can have customer plans that everybody are comitted to. We can have data as a support for decision making.
We are not there yet, but I feel that we are getting there.

Fordele:

First of all, Lime CRM is easy to use. It is is easy to get started and it is easy to select level of mandatory fields. In our organisation we try to keep the mandatory fields to a minimum in order to make it easy to create items and work in Lime CRM. And the quick search is absoulutely marvellous.

Ulemper:

It is 2021 and still keep it as a desktop application feels a bit obsolete. It should be in the cloud.

Kommentarer: Lime CRM makes it easier to follow up and renegotiate contracts. It also makes it easy to organize clients into marketing activities and/or event invites.

Fordele:

This product is very easy to learn and use. It's a great way to organize and list one's clients. I love the integration we've recently made with GetAccept, an easy and professional way of sending out contracts with e-signature.

Ulemper:

I wish we could integrate Lime CRM with our hotel booking system Opera, so that we could get the clients' statistics (room nights) into each company profile card smoothly and easily.

Kommentarer: Efficient tool to follow business and issues in all levels - partners, suppliers, customers - taking CRM in use has been really good decion. Pricing, volumes, contracts, meeting minutes, todos - all what a sales person could want to support the sales.

Fordele:

Easy information sharing and follow up.

Ulemper:

Sometimes the view is small with important parts, difficult to read easily. But pretty difficult to say what we could like the least as overall CRM is really informative and efficient tool.

Fordele:

Easy search and easy acces to information. Focus on the customer. We have 25 integrations and a lot of data. The company Lime Technologies always deliver the expected or more.

Ulemper:

When I a few times thinks something isn't perfect, it's because our needs (or specification) wasn't clear enough.

The segmentations features. When I use set segmentations it works well but it is troublesome to create own segmentations.

Fordele:

Since the Lime CRM is based on excel it is easy to use and it was quite logical to set up and customize for our use. I mainly use it to find and add contact information and for that is works perfectly. It is great that you can link people to companies or to other people (i.e. assistants). It is also easy to make different kind of contact listst, add tasks or projects. I use this a lot also when planning different kind of networking events too.

Ulemper:

Our company doesn't really have direct clients or products that we sell, so Lime is not always completely designed for our needs. But this was something we found out to be the problem with almost all the CRM systems.

Lime review from an IT-professionals perspective

Fordele:

The fact that you can more or less design and customize your own CRM solution towards your organizations solutions, automations, tables, cards and such.

Ulemper:

The fact that there is lots of dependencies on Microsoft Windows, such as the backend editor Lisa, which is Silverlight based and the fact that the desktop client only works on Windows. Although they are now rolling out new web-based interfaces.
