I find fast and efficient how fast I can connect to a computer in another continent with safety.

Kommentarer: Just to say that I am using this software since 2018 and continue to use this for providing technical support on our customers.

Ease of use Customazation according to company needs (branding, logo, disclaimers, network parameters and many others) Cheaper than closest revival Good dashboard with also history of connections Address book with common connections Option to create web connection, without the need of software.

Ulemper:

Some years ago, this was way cheaper. Unfortunatelly, latetely they have changed charging policy, however to be honnest, it's still in very competitive price.

Anydesk is the awsome solution to remotely connect to devices(desktop, mobile)

Kommentarer: It is a great tool for me i use it to connect with my clients and remotely access there PCs to install scripts and software in there machines and teach them how to use it and also do some troubleshooting in there computers

I like the fact that once i was got familiar with anydesk i then did not have to go anywhere else because i could use it for my mobile for laptop because it is available for mobiles too. and secondly like like all the basic and advance feature are there for example screen sharing, remote access, voice or chat etc etc

The anydesk is very very slow sometimes yes i know that sometimes there is a bad signals but still it needs to be optimized more

Kommentarer: My overall experience about this application is that this ease my time and transportation instead of going to onsite, in online and if the client is not possible to meet its a reliable tool in supporting clients

This is a great help when it comes to remotely assisting our clients or anyone that needs assistance without going onsite. This application reduces workloads and transactions needed to go onsite such as a permit to go onsite and health declaration form. This helps us supports to assist customers and friends that needed a help through online.

Ulemper:

I'm not being biased on this application but it really is a good thing to have this application.

Good Remote-Software

Kommentarer: In principle, it is good software, but because of the breach you have one less customer because of me. I also think the licence is definitely in the higher price segment.

Works most of the time pretty good. (about 99%) It is good value for money.

The late information about a breach. So i've changed to another remote-tool.

AnyDesk, AnyTime

Kommentarer: Anydesk allows me to give assistance or simply doing maintenance task to remote computer comfortably from my office desk, so I save time and money.
Anydesk runs smoothly and never hangs, little hardware requirements. Just be sure to have a stable and fast enough data line.

I use Anydesk for work every day, and it helps me to remote connect and diagnose/troubleshoot/fix a lot of software problems. The program is small and quick to launch. Every AnyDesk user has a numbered ID. When you want to connect to someone just write the peer ID and wait for connection to be established (your peer has to authorize the connection). Next you will see remote screen and you will be able to interact using your mouse and keyboard. You can also transfer files. Free sessions last for 60 minutes. I highly recommend Anydesk. It's a light program, easy to use for everyone. Thumbs up!

Kommentarer: We had a short trial to evaluate the software over Teamviewer. Communications were friendly and polite and we had regular check ins to see how we were doing and if we needed any help. The app itself is fast and easy to use when using it across some test devices, but the app builder is terrible. Genuinely I don't understand how someone signed off on that part of the deployment process. Seems to be a common theme from some Reddit reviews.

The app builder for deploying an app to remote devices using your own settings is quite possibly the worst thing I've ever used. It's slow, it's buggy, it almost always forgets settings you've ticked/applied, and remote access is painful.

AnyDesk review from my experience

Kommentarer: My general experience using AnyDesk:- The program is good and has many features- Every organization needs it, no matter how big or small- It has some negatives and errors, but I believe in the next updates will be resolved.- I still use it today, and I will continue to use it because I don't see a competitor for it at the present time.

The program facilitates work. I will give examples for clarification:- I have an employee in the company who has encountered a problem with his device. From where I am in a different department of the company, or maybe in another branch outside the country, I can access his device and solve the problem for him.- I want to transfer files from my old device to the new one, without having to upload it to websites or transfer it to an external hard drive. I use "Any Desk" and transfer the files.

Ulemper:

There are three negatives that bother me:Slow file transfer.- The program must detect viruses for fear of sending a virus through it and sticking it to another device.- The whiteboard is unnecessaryScreen sharing is slow motion (either from the internet or the software needs to be updated)

Excellent Remote Control Software for all users

As a system engineer, I use any desk for my daily task operation. When I need to troubleshoot our customer's issues with remotely, I used anydesk. It is very useful and helpful, easy to use, light weight, Simple GUI, I can change anydesk user name and crate password. The most i like feature is I can control and monitor with my Phone and I don't need to install to use this software.

No Cons, But sometimes, when I access and connect others anydesk Id, I wa faced that any desk software shows the waiting time seconds screen.

Remote desk tool you need for sure

I use Anydesk to build firewall for remote offices and i love its features. Lets talk about security, when you install Anydesk, you have to authorize remote person to access your PC. It was wakeup LAN feature too. It has built in file transfer feature which will help you to trasnfer any files between remote and loca PC also chat facility to talk to your colleagues. Good thing is it uses port 80 and 443 for the client to connect to remote PC which is standard port and hence nothing to worry about firewall rules.

Ulemper:

Only issue i have found with Anydesk is sometimes unattended access stops working and we may have to restart to make it work.
