Quality Survey Platform with an Exceptional Support Team

Kommentarer: My experience has been, overall, very positive so far. We've only been partnered with WorkTango for a few months, but the team has been absolute rock stars in supporting our strategy during COVID19 and we look forward to seeing the platform continue to evolve and grow.

We've been live with WorkTango for just a couple of months. We launched at a weird time- we were planning to go with a full engagement survey in several months, but due to COVID19 we were forced to launch a pulse survey much sooner. That means our strategy was shifting from the very beginning. The customer success team has gone above and beyond to help with this work. The implementation of the software was smooth, and the platform seems flexible enough to support anything we could ask for right now. Really excited to see the newest upgrades to the system!

Ulemper:

The biggest areas of opportunity are in areas that WorkTango is already solving for with their new updates, and will no longer be an issue by the time we launch. Specifically I am most looking forward to having the ability to combine demographics for reporting, more intuitive hierarchy building and editing, and an even better user experience on the platform.

Very User Friendly

Kommentarer: Overall, I enjoy utilizing WorkTango. Staff seem to appreciate that it's very user-friendly. We utilize this with managers as well as state agencies that look to see feedback with staff, and it makes things very simple to show with data.

Fordele:

I love how user-friendly this program is! Nearly all of our staff are able to access it without assistance. On occasion, the app does crash, but it is usually resolved by signing back into the app.

Ulemper:

No real complaints. There are a lot of notifications, but that is just part of it.

Decent experience with a good range of features

Fordele:

It is nice to have a performance management and a rewards and recognition system all in one platform. The Outlook plugin is nice too.

Ulemper:

It would be nice to have some additional export functionality and some more flexibility. It is a pretty modern platform but still pretty narrowly focused into their way of doing things.

Enhancement to Our Existing Recognition Vehicle

Kommentarer: The implementataion process could have used more hand holding and documentation. Overall, we are happy the platform and have incorporated it as an enhancement to our existing recognition vehicle.

Fordele:

The integration into our Microsoft Teams exisitng "Kudos" channel.

Ulemper:

The value of 1 point being 1 penny. I suggest increasing the points value.

Work Tango makes employee recognition meaningful and easy!

Kommentarer: Work Tango provides an employee recognition system that is supported by theories of behavior reinforcement and modification, so it is sound. The tool allows us to easily recognize one another's milestones and performance in ways that can be shared across our teams. And the points earned can be redeemed in ways that are customized to each individual.

Fordele:

The Work Tango platform really provides an easy way for supervisors and staff peers to recognize performance, milestones and more. Very easy. And the points then are able to be used is a personally-tailored way by the employee.

Ulemper:

Work Tango is not inexpensive, so we have had to be thoughtful in our participation. But we feel the value has proven to surpass the expense.

Great Tool to Give Employees Benefits and Recognize Colleagues

Kommentarer: I think that my overall experience with WorkTango is positive and I would recommend it to small companies looking to provide an added benefit without breaking the bank.

I love being able to recognize my colleagues while giving them an added benefit just for doing the things we hope all employees want to do.

Ulemper:

Nothing really, it is a great tool and I love using it!

Kommentarer: Work Tango support group was super helpful in launching, training, and ensuring we were successful. I do enjoy the platform and feel it's very useful and worthwhile.

Fordele:

Being able to recognize and reward our employees is so very important to our success as an organization.

Ulemper:

I do wish there was the option to post pictures on the platform. We host a variety of employee meetings and events and it would be nice to be able to share them across the organization.

Points and rewards the employees like to be able to see points.

Ulemper:

Uploads have to be manipulated as our system doesnt mesh with WorkTango

Good Rewards

Fordele:

Easy to redeem rewards, and a great way to recognize colleagues.

Ulemper:

Sometimes the reward redemptions are not processed fast enough.

I love that I can send coworkers positive reviews and thanks you in real time, as well as watch for upcoming birthdays.

Ulemper:

I wish I received more points to share with coworkers. I send a lot of recognition and tend to run out the first month.

Work Tango is great

Easy way to recognize employees and show your appreciation for them. There is a huge variety of items to choose from when cashing out points.

Ulemper:

Employees have trouble figuring out how to receive gift cards after they cash out points.

The ease of use and the rewards!! The rewards are new and the prices are comparable to a store.

Ulemper:

The really good rewards would take the average person about 10 years or more to earn!!

Kommentarer: It is a useful app to remember the college's birthday and anniversary. We can motivate each other using this.

I have not compared it to any other software so there is really nothing I like least about it.

Productive software

Kommentarer: WorkTango is an employee engagement and feedback tool. I mainly using workTango for creating surveys.

Fordele:

There are different types of surveys like employee engagement survey and pulse surveys. This also allow companies to communicate with their employees and share their result with multiple channels like microsoft teams.

Ulemper:

I feel some navigations are not user friendly.

Kommentarer: So far it's been great. I love to see the interaction of team members and the gratification they get from being recognized for their accomplishments.

It's a great way to recognize both small and large accomplishments instantly!

Ulemper:

So far it's all good! I'd like to see more items available to purchase with the WorkTango points, but for now I like what I see.

Great Recognition Platform

This is a great way to give/receive acknowledgement, recognition, thanks to co-workers and allow that to be visible to an extended group.

I don't think it is a feature of the software, more so of our company, as there are few things for which to redeem points.
