Scam - Cancelled Account and They Keep Reinstating Without Permission

Kommentarer: Terrible. Customer service was extremely slow, they hung up on me online several times and when I finally got through they either lied to me or didn't follow through. I have now spent 7 hours total cancelling an account that I tried out that was supposed to be a demo and was never used.

I cancelled the first time in Nov 2023. They put it on a hiatus for 3 months which I agreed to. I cancelled before the 3 months and they charged me anyway. I asked them to cancel my account (by the way, they left me on hold for 3 hours and I had to follow up 5 times and they said that my account was cancelled. They didn't cancel, they put it on hold again, and I just got charged again for a service that I am now on the 3rd time of cancelling.

The platform allows inviting guests who have participated in previous meetings. The ability to record and download meetings is also one of its greatest advantages. Generating automatic invitations is a significant convenience. We highly appreciate the fact that all technical aspects are taken care of by Clickmeeting, so we don't have to worry about them.

Ulemper:

It's hard to identify any drawbacks of the platform when it has met all the expectations and needs of a small organization like ours. We have never encountered any difficulties at any stage of organizing webinars.

The best platform for webinars

*The ability to go between video and screenshare with ease - the fact that the presenter can be the whole viewing window with one click. *The on screen functions - drawing etc. *The ability to prep everything before hand and be able to jump between slides, videos, camera, white board etc at the click of a button - this is far superior to Zoom, Skype, Teams etc. *The all-in-one event set up & registration system *The chat function works better than other platforms *The post-event data is excellent - a real bonus

*Connection in China is patchy *Not enough people use it

Kommentarer: We hold webinars about once per month and using ClickMeeting makes this process so simple. The automation that is built in is a huge time saver. I set up the webinar and can sit back and watch it all in action as people register. Even the follow up is automated. I highly recommend this platform for webinars or meetings.

I like the automation built into the platform the most. I can set up a webinar and the initiation is automatically sent as well as the reminder emails plus the follow up email after the webinar is complete. I save so much time with ClickMeeting.

Ulemper:

I wish we could have more than 1 host without having to increase our plan. Most times, 1 host is fine but when we host collaborative webinars having a 2nd host would be helpful.

Kommentarer: ClickMeeting has been relatively pain-free to administer, and where there have been hiccups, the excellent customer service has made it all worth it. Despite a significant time difference, ClickMeeting always provides me with prompt and thorough responses.

ClickMeeting is easy to use, with a fairly intuitive dashboard and room layout. We were able to launch it with minimal training for our presenters.

Ulemper:

Enabling microphones for attendees by our presenters is not always reliable; we don't need to do it often, so it has not been a huge drawback.

ClickMeeting for NGO's activities

Kommentarer: having ClickMeeting we can deliver trainings for our clients - paid and free of charge; many events are free of charge so it's important if the platform is cheapbefore we had problems with delivering trainings, with managing trainings etc.

I can't point anything bad about this platform, the only thing it could be useful: if the platform could send invoices - autmatically - integrated with invoices programms

Sometimes our attendees cannot join even with good internet connection. There is still no option to change virtual background on the browser, this is difficult for big corporates that have strict rule of installing third-party application on their devices.

All required features out of the box. Best in class customer support and honestly caring about our special needs. Very solid and stable streaming platforms for huge online events.

Ulemper:

Minor parts of the webinar room from the speaker side needs a refresh / redesign, but overall doesn't impact the grand user experience.

-> this tool is not build to make marketing, lack of standard features like: --> tracking source who signed up for the --> switching between webinar types -> timeline consist duplicates -> you can by accident start live webinar before start time -> you can not save and customize your template, each time you need to build from start
