Jotform is great for small businesses needing a response solution

Kommentarer: My overall experience has been good. Their live chat support is great, and they have a support forum aswell.

Fordele:

Jotform is by far the most advanced form builder in the market. You can customize elements, add custom HTML/CSS, integrate payments inside of forms, use webhooks and send email responses.

Ulemper:

I don't like the fact that HIPPA compliance is a paid feature.

Fast, easy, functional

Kommentarer: Great. Use it for multiple purposes. Switched from using pdfs to this format and clients are able to use it easily.

Fordele:

Easy to use for me and clients, and I get the info I need.

Ulemper:

Look is very basic and boand. Could have some more pizzazz

Kommentarer: It was good when I first started using it, but as I went further into using it and required inspection forms to be saved and sent, this was not always working.

Fordele:

It was easy to update and change questions on an as needed basis.

Ulemper:

It was not always sending the reports when I completed them unless in a wifi zone.

Fordele:

Forms created with Jotform can be accessed anywhere, anytime online directly from the browser in any device. Has great form generator tools and templates which brings customization closer in terms of fonts, form layouts and design elements.

Ulemper:

Jotform is just unique and tailored to our needs. It is however more expensive compared to its alternatives which makes it less popular.

Kommentarer: Overall, I am pleased with the functions of Jotform for the purpose that I use it for in just creating simple surveys for my customers to fill out and for data tracking.

I like that Jotform is web-based yet allows for tracking right inside my email every time a customer completes the surveys I create through Jotform

Ulemper:

I wasn't able to fully customize my surveys, for example I couldn't resize the images inside the survey template I was trying to create.

Pretty Good Form Builder

Kommentarer: Good. A great tool that is easy to use. Lots of payment options.

Fordele:

Great options, widgets etc. Support is good and quick. Easy to use.

Ulemper:

We have had some issues with data successfully landing in the intended application. Simple features like formatting names & addresses to be "proper" where first letter is capitalized are not available, to the best of my knowledge, despite the feature request.

Amazing Platform, Allows for Versatile & Effective Forms

Kommentarer: Allows you to easily create forms for any situation, whether collecting information on potential clientele, researching, or doing employee surveys.

Fordele:

Incredibly easy to use with versatile customization options allowing for each form to be personal and catered to the situation.

Ulemper:

It is hard to create a uniquely attractive form.

Made our informal processes compliant

Fordele:

Jotform has helped formalised a few different processes that we have running in our stores where a contractual agreement and it being signed off is necessary. Previously we would have this in a more informal manner but we have had to change that for compliance reasons. More specifically, this helped us keep track of loan devices we provide by having the customer sign off on the agreement and the condition of the device prior to being handed over. The website builder is easy enough to use and responses/results are easy to share to other parties that need to view it. It was disappointing to find out that Microsoft Forms does not allow for a way to e-sign on forms but that was what drove the implementation of JotForm in our org. We also currently have it configured to integrate with Sharepoint so that the files are also being backed up there for an additional layer of redundancy.

Ulemper:

Nothing in particular, helped us formalise some key processes in our business.

Good product, long time customers

Fordele:

Ease of use, anybody in the company can use it, but it's also powerful enough to fulfill all out needs.

Ulemper:

The autosave is broken, frequently need to triple check that the form has saved, a manual button in addition to auto save would solve this. The fact you need to clear the form cache every now and again or the forms break also is bad.

I don't like that my team can't be in jotform working on the same form at the same time unless we pay for enterprise.

Kommentarer: Overall, I have found JotForm easy to use and am still learning much of what is available. Their biggest downfall so far is their customer services, they do respond but mainly with generic answers that really do not help with specific enquiries.

Fordele:

There is a wide range is fields available which makes forms highly customizable. The form builder interface is easy to use. The final form is clean and well presented, even with the default overlay. There are many integrations to choose from.

Ulemper:

The price is quite high especially as there are alternatives available that are much cheaper. Support is very sparse and a little erratic with questions being answered is a very generic way. Integrations are not very straightforward to set up.

Jotform is the most modern and efficient tool for creating forms.

Kommentarer: As a Booking Executive, I have used Jotform to create different types of forms but mostly booking forms and customers feedback forms. It has been a really simple and smooth experience using Jotform to create forms because no coding skills are required. And even better, Jotform allows me to create any type of form i want.

I find it so easy to use Jotform to create forms because there is no coding needed instead it is just dragging and dropping form components. Jotform has superior form designing tools that help create stunningly stylish forms. Jotform integrates and works well with most of my clients engagement tools making it easy to create survey forms for collecting and analyzing clients feedback. Jotform has pre-built form templates and well documented articles that helped me learn quickly how to create professional forms.

Ulemper:

I have nothing about Jotform that i like least. All its features are incredible and i have not had any upsets using them.

Great Form platform with easy setup and good features

Kommentarer: Overall very happy. This platform allows us to easily integrate forms into our websites within minutes. Integration looks great as well and has several options like popups or direct embed via easy script. 3rd party integration with Paypal or Authorize.net works great as well.

Fordele:

Easy setup to put together a form for the website. Auto email response and saving of submissions is a great feature. Submissions can be exported in Excel which is also helpful. The Paypal integration is really great for taking payments on a website with a small amount of products. Support is really helpful as well.

Ulemper:

Branding is still applied even with the higher paid version. Can be done but is manually every time. Multiple users for 1 form costs extra.

Best app for creating and managing documents.

Kommentarer: My experience has been great. The platform meets all my company's needs and leaves me very satisfied with the aesthetics and organization of the documents I offer my clients and store easily in my company.

Fordele:

I like the practicality of the app, the way it keeps documents organized and the variety of documents we can create within the app. I like that I can create the document according to my company's visual identity and that I can offer easy-to-complete documents to my clients. I also like the fact that I have no trouble finding the documents I'm looking for because the app allows me to find the document I'm looking for using a keyword. I really like being able to offer the signature feature in the same document where I pass on information. Jotform really is everything a company needs to be organized.

Ulemper:

Nothing. Jotform really meets all my needs at the moment.

Jotform is effortlessly easy to use

I love how user-friendly Jotform is. easy to create and customize forms effortlessly with its drag-and-drop interface.

The only downside is that the advanced features and higher submission limits come at a cost. For small projects or startups, the pricing can be a bit steep.

No writing codes creating forms with Jotform.

Kommentarer: It has been a very simple yet effective experience with Jotform and we are very impressed how everything has worked perfectly for us. It was so easy to learn how to use Jotform and it uses drag and drop form creation technology which is quicker and simply compared to writing codes.

Jotform drag and drop form editor makes form creation very undemanding for us. The editor is very much loaded with premium form design tools that help craft very beautiful forms for almost every functionality. Jotform advanced security helps keep all forms and their data safe from any kind of security threats.

Ulemper:

Jotform has offered us everything we have needed to create forms and there has been no cons so far.

Jotform's DIY Apps are amazing

Kommentarer: Jotform is a multifaceted hub for things form-related—and then some. My business considered them for an electronic waiver system, and I ended up using something I didn't even know I needed: their build-your-own app feature, for an employee training materials app.

Fordele:

A huge range of functionality. Even at the free (!) level, you can build your own app with a password to access it.

Ulemper:

There wasn't much to dislike that I found. However, the coding is seemingly different for apps across different OS's; on Apple devices, it is difficult to save and access the app. There are workarounds (i.e. using Safari instead of Chrome to save the app as a shortcut to the home screen). On Android, it worked great!

Jotform for Non-Profit/PTO

Kommentarer: Overall, Jotform has helped our non-profit look more professional and many of our volunteers are able to request a form and we can have that link ready for them within the hour. It has helped us with organization and has helped increase our yearly donations.

Fordele:

What we really love about Jotform is the ability to do customized forms, digital payments, and have a separate spreadsheet that collects all the form data. As a PTO our forms changed weekly and it was incredibly user friendly. We went from sending paper forms home to being able to send digital links with the instant ability to make a payment.

Ulemper:

I don't really see any cons to this software. We pay for the software but its a manageable price.

Jotform Saved Us Hours

Kommentarer: Up until April this year I couldn't fault it. The issue with the billing and the old plan we were on has left a bit of a sour taste, however, the product itself is a no brainer and we recommend it to all web devs.

Fordele:

As we are WP developers, there is always the issue of SMTP. Jotform solves this instantly. The quickness of deploying forms is impressive. The ability to have exactly the form fields we require is massive.

Ulemper:

The pricing modal. We've been Jotform users for literally years. We were on a grandfathered plan that we had enjoyed for years. All of a sudden, our form limits were exceeded and view limits were exceeded. To the point where all of our forms were stopped. Speaking to support was frustrating at the time, however, we did finally manage to come to a resolution and received a reduction in price for the silver package.

Simplify your life with JotForm!

Fordele:

I love the integration with critical products/software I use daily for business and how it has streamlined the process of creating forms. It has saved time and creative energy with the templates already created. I have been able to devote more time to the growth of my business because of the increased productivity and efficiency JotForm has created in my life.

Ulemper:

The paid plans can be a bit pricey, but it is still worth the investment.

Jotform is simple, and the interface is smooth

Kommentarer: I’ have to use this anytime that I hire an employee. We use this to sign the onboarding agreement, along with employee handbooks, and to sign tax documents.

I love how jotform is integrated with PayPal and other platforms, and they don’t take a percentage of the ticket fee!

Ulemper:

I’ve had Some employees say that onboarding Jotform may take more time than simpler tools.

Jotform is great for collecting Client Data

Kommentarer: Overall, it's been a fairly good experience, it does what it says it will do and it does that well. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who plans to capture people's information.

Although it is extremely customizable, the ability to see the changes as you are making them is lacking, and is a little frustration to have to go back and forth constantly to make sure that the updates are correct. It would be nice to be able to see live updates with colors, etc.
