Never Lost Your Contacts

Kommentarer: MY experience is un-explainable because since my kid days I am still using Gmail Shared Contact features to store for all my contactability needs.I still have details which were used long long ago ,decade almost i should say. If you ever look back towards than only ,one would know how valuable it is which store precious details so easily . Moreover I would love to go out of my way to say, I love it so much that I am still using the same GMAIL account/ shared features which I created 20 Years Ago as a kid.

Gmail shared contacts is one of the easiest tool one would ever imagine that value you contacts with ease with absolute security.It never let your contactablity go away from yourself.It is so easy that if you ever used a contact details using this source to communicate with anyone than no matter what happens it will always be there however details need to be synced..I think 80% of people as a computer user is very much aware what a shared contacts gmail is .and It is exceptional because it touches millions of people around the world by giving a opportunity and value every contactability one has ever used keeping everything easy.

Ulemper:

The lease I like about it is, the customer service response because as per my personal experience it took three long days to respond any little query over a simple glitch occured .We are in 21st century and it is not appreciable in such a fast pace world.

Does what it says

Kommentarer: We are happy to be able to share contacts & groups with this app.
It allows us to contact groups of people (and individuals) such as sales etc, more easily.

It shares contacts between users of GSUITE within my organisation, which has proven valuable.

Ulemper:

Some functionalities are missing, it seems. Such as automatically sharing new contacts, or easy group management. However, it seems like this *should* actually be a core feature of Google Contacts within GSUITE itself, so I guess Google is more to blame than the developers here.

Good Option

Kommentarer: This allows me to have multiple accounts and keep lists updated for me and my team.

Fordele:

This solution does what it advertises, allows sharing of contact information. It works across many Gmail and Gsuite accounts.

Ulemper:

It is a bit challenging to configure and a bit pricey. Items shared seem to keep dropping off "My Contacts" but that is sort of minor

Shared Contacts is simple to use and serves as a solid alternative for a CRM

Kommentarer: Sometimes you only need an easy way to share contacts but most CRMs are overhead and offer to much and not necessary functionality.

Fordele:

Does what it should and promises. Easy to use CRM alternative.

Ulemper:

The UI is a partially a little confusing and - even though it is build on Material UI components - seems a little outdated.

Kommentarer: Not having a phone option to call in for tech support is a big minus....

Fordele:

That we were *finally* (after several weeks of trying) able to find a way to get pictures uploaded.

Ulemper:

It took too long to address the issue we had.

Great product... heartily recommend

We needed shared contacts at the office and this product is easy to use and seamless in background operations.

Ulemper:

The documentation could have been a little more clear at a couple of points but overall we were able to get up and running very quickly.

Good Colleagues or Family Contact Connecting, Gmail Does it Free

Kommentarer: I was able to share my contacts with my colleagues and family for a low price, but in the end I ended up just assigning a few assistants to my gmail contact for free.

I've had the need to share my personal contacts with both my family members and my coworkers and with Shared Contacts for Gmail, I can now do just that! I don't have to wait for my husband to get home to get an address only he knows, and my associates can reach out to my contacts without waiting for me to see their e-mail request or land on one of my frequent business trips.

Ulemper:

You have to be sure your groups are set up correctly or you can end up sharing the wrong contacts or far too many contacts. You don't need your boss to have your Aunt Cindy's birthday, address, and favorite dessert. It's inexpensive, but gmail allows you to add an "assistant" who can manage and access your contacts for free - but they have more access to your personal account than this would provide.

This app is very easy to use and does exactly what we needed!

Ulemper:

Not being able to share an email group with all users at once makes sharing with more than 5 people a little time consuming. Although it is something you only need to once.

It is easy to share contacts with other Gmail users or simply use them with another person thus making it easy to connect with another person or on different platforms.

Ulemper:

A lot can be improved in that people should be able to use it while offline or when they cannot access the internet.

Kommentarer: Overall Shared contacts with Gmail have saved me from losing a lot of data. Saving customer's information is a plus.

I like when I buy a new phone and I know that I can sync my contacts to my new phone through shared contacts for Gmail.

Ulemper:

I do not like how I can delete a contact from my phone and it still syncs with my new phone because it is still synced to Gmail.

Kommentarer: In our company we have well over 900 individuals within the building that we may need to contact at any given time. With the ability to simply start typoing the name and having access to the complete company of people.

Fordele:

Able to find the right contact almost instantly even if I'm not 100% sure of their name.

Ulemper:

No drawbacks. Provides contacts and multiple emails if needed.

One Set Of Contacts

Kommentarer: It has solved our problem with global contacts and overall we are happy with it, except for the little problem as described above.

Fordele:

We really like this as it's a seamless way to have a common database of all the business contacts across all our users, but we can also choose to have certain contact groups not shared with everyone.

Ulemper:

When a user who's got access to add, edit or delete contacts in the shared group makes changes, the changes sometimes do not appear in the group owners contacts. We often have to go into the contacts sharing online and switch on and off sharing for it to work properly.

Kommentarer: We were using another product that was too glitchy. Shared Contacts has worked seamlessly and provided us with the ability to share contact groups across the team and control the quality of the lists.

It's easy to use. This app helps us combine all of our important contact information in one place. Anyone has access to it which makes it beneficial.

When we use it to store large quantities of data or contact information, it is very "TIME CONSUMING".
