Kommentarer: I used to use a time tracking software but it didn't take screenshots and remind me of idle time. I like both of the features because it gives some accountability.

It is very easy to use and the design of the platform is clean and easy to understand.

I liked other software to download an app,I don't believe this app has that option.

A simple, full featured activity and time tracking tool for remote workers

Fordele:

The pricing is one of the most affordable I found. The support has been very responsive and the tool installs very easily for my employees.

Ulemper:

It feels a bit cheaply designed. Because they are based out of Russia, there is a sense of unease about the safety of my data. I think if the design was more polished and the Russian language did not pop up unexpectedly at times, I would feel better about the purchase.

For Software work

the software will automatically pause if you are away or in active in your computer

Easy to setup and so impressed with the support offered, it's a brilliant app that is both easy to install easy to use and true value for money.

Monitask - easy, fast, nice

Kommentarer: Overall, very good app, if not the mobile app absence, this would be our winner.

Fordele:

We were testing few apps to pick up the most appropriate, and Monitask was the easiest to implement. Although we run the trial period only, still impressed with customization options, and a very user-friendly interface and support.

Ulemper:

There is no mobile app for employees, those who work "on the go" can't track the timing. Also, there is still a place to improve in the reporting section.

Life Changing Self Management

Kommentarer: As an entrepreneur, I often feel guilt that I'm not spending "enough" time working on various projects. Once I started using Monitask, everything became objective and my time has started to become more valuable. Things that get measured get improved. This objective feedback on how I'm spending my time has given me so much encouragement and motivation. I can see progress happen, and I'm able to feel better about the work I do.

Ease of use Weekly reports by project that give you a visual overview of how you spent your time

Ulemper:

I would like a colorful chart or graph that gives a visual breakdown of how I spent my workweek (time spent by project). At least they provide a numerical total hours logged by project, and by week.

Kommentarer: For now everything works fine and I'm really happy with it.

I can easily follow what I have done in the past.

There is no reminder if I'm working on other project. There should be something like: Are you still working on that project?

Kommentarer: At this time I am satisfied with this tracking system and find the cost very reasonable.

I am still fairly new with this product but have not found any issues that cause a problem.

Very easy to track an employee activity that he/she is doing during working hours

No tracking when we put it on pause and very hard to find out in case of short pause as employees take advantage of the same

A reliable product for Business

Kommentarer: I've been working at this company since 2022 and it's so easy to manage timesheets and also a great way to track activity.

Task tracking efficiently

Fordele:

Monitask is one of the software that has a very clean and effective task tracking feature. All the task can be added its own due date and can be flagged with its current status like on progress or complete. For collaborating task with my colleague, the task status help us aware of our current project situations.

Ulemper:

One of feature that Monitask missing is the client platform. It will great if there is a way or platform that I can grant client access to some space on the software wheres i can share the task progress with them. It will make it easier for them to collaborate with me and get a quick report for it.

Kommentarer: In my experience its a very usefull tool to monitoring the productivity of my team. They adapt very well to the use of it.

This is not invasive software, is easy to handle, and the app is not big in terms of space use or download time.

Ulemper:

The menu of the users could be more detail, without going to the reports page.

I do like myself an easy tool where I can monitor and help keep track in actual time for our staff.

we can implement notifications when agents access one of the restricted websites and let the leader know right away so we can adress and review it right away.

No Cons. Works great and it is easy to implement.

HAppy with the product

Kommentarer: happy with it so far; been using it for the best part of two years and it is a daily necessity as I work remotely. Is great that you can use it for free on the basic options and I wouldn't change it unless I have to. It does what I need it to do.

Fordele:

Easy to use, straightforward, little errors over time.

Ulemper:

Has some unexplained glitches over time and in the last few updates I can't have it in the pinned taskbar icon when running, it opens in a different icon - so I end up with two icons on my taskbar.

We at Versa Projects would love to implement billing and payroll through Monitask, but at the present moment and in the present format, it seems a bit incomprehensible. Maybe in the future...

Kommentarer: Allows me to track my work time, and if there's a power outage. I don't have to worry on files that are not saved because this website have recorded my screen.

Super Time Tracker

The features and functionality of Monitask is superb! I've used a lot of time trackers in the past but this one is what I loved the most. It has a clean and friendly interface so you won't have trouble using it if you're not to computer savvy. Keep it up, Monitask!
