Fordele:

SurveySparrow allows us to create most interactive and conversational surveys. The surveys created using SurveySparrow will get more responses from targetted participants. This platform has several types of templates in it which are used to create surveys instantly.

Ulemper:

SurveySparrow platform has some best features than other survey builders but they are only available for paid subscription only.

Easy to use to build but integrations are challenging.

Fordele:

- It's easy to build compared to other survey building software. - New form creation, dynamic variable addition, response gathering is very easy to use.

Ulemper:

- There are few features pertaining to global variable that many time don't work. - Integrations with the GSheets has always been a challenge for the first time. The access goes to just one person and then many a time if there's a need to flow responses to the same sheet it fails. - 3P integrations need more improvisation.

Need to improve reporting and also customer service

Fordele:

Easy to use.

Ulemper:

Reporting, synchronizing, couldn't get my data on google sheet, customer service couldn't solve my issue

Review for Survey Sparrow!

I really liked that it is super user friendly. Not complicated at all.

Ulemper:

I dont know if this is a feature SS has but I dont like they don't have an option to create multiple links for different things, like one link for social media, one link for database, one link for free ads, etc.

My go to Survey Application

Kommentarer: Awesome. It's always very easy to receive a response and answer to my questions as well as assistance in troubleshooting an issue.

I like the overall design and ease of use. It's a very simple yet aesthetically pleasing application and easy for end-users to navigate.

Ulemper:

I've been running into feature problems. Due to some of the capabilities of the application, it feels like there should be more features that extend beyond just "Customer Service" features.

Great product

Easy to use, surveys are easy to create and the frontend for surveys is very user friendly. Good level of customisation and an excellent range of question types for quantitative and qualitative measuring. API documentation is good.

Ulemper:

We're using the survey sparrow API, and found there are some areas of the data that are not accessible via the API.

Kommentarer: It's good for the feedback survey. I can say its very good tool and we used the API also and its worked very well.

Its UI is very good and its easy to use.

We can't use jQuery which is a problem during customization.

Integrates well with live chat tools and ticket tools to offer customer support as same as survey collection

Ulemper:

It is only expensive but as far as functionality is concerned, the tool works fine enough

Good pricing and good customer support

Integrates with Zendesk to collect customer feedback right from the Zendesk chat widget

Ulemper:

It does not have a good looking dashboard like other solutions used

Ease of use and easy to setup. It misses key features but the product team continuously releases new features.

Pricing comes across as a little too costly for SMBs

Best Survey Builder

Kommentarer: My overall experience with surveysparrow is great.Its best used for building surveys for customers and knowing about their opinion.The process can be smoothly done with the help of surveysparrow.

Fordele:

Surveysparrow is best when compared to any other surveybuilders.The userinterface is easy to setup and use.The customers feels friendly when filling those forms.The best feature of surveysparrow is that it has a lot of inbuilt templates for creating surveys.These templates are very good looking.

Ulemper:

Surveysparrow has got so many features which are not available in other survey builders bu the user must take premium plan to get access to those features in surveysparrow.

Like a Sparrow, it has all component to fly like a bird.

Kommentarer: SurveySparrow was my first Survey Application to garner the feedback of my audiences and it works very well with the younger folks as its Chat mode is very intuitive and friendly.

Fordele:

To upgrade to the next level can be costly.

Ulemper:

Basically, SurveySparrow does its role for simple form, and when I intend to upgrade to include more features, I held back because of its pricing.

A good and easy tool for NPS

Is an easy tool to implement NPS in for our customers. The implementation was so fluent and easy.

Ulemper:

Really nothing, we used just the NPS and was a success for us.

Survey for Customer Experience (Bachelorthesis)

Very easy to use. It was perfect for me to use this for my Bachelorthesis. The Support ist nice to. From me a 10 of 10! Everytime again!

Little bit to expensive, maybe discount for students

Surveysparrow is easy to use. Using this we can make surveys and collect data. It is user-friendly and having good analytics. Good interface and graphics.

Ulemper:

It is complex for beginners. Some features are expensive, we can use that by taking premium. Too much of mails irritates users.

Choose your software

Kommentarer: This platform is good for the survey's and can choose the software's by the prediction. The Predictions in the software was soo accurate.

I have been used this platform for months and it was great. This app allows to trial the softwares for free. The survey tools are good.

Ulemper:

Rough start for the beginners and sometimes software was buggy.

The predictions and the results of survey's are soo accurate and the tools that we use to make the survey are great.

Ulemper:

For beginners the app is a bit difficult to use and need to decrease the pricing.

A survey that we can build!!

Kommentarer: It helped for collecting data for my research purpose . But they can't handle heavy load

The user interface for building the survey are soo good, it helps very much in obtaining data for research. Their intuitive tools differ from other competitors

The survey building tool is good ,but it has some bugs and need developers assistance. Some features are paid.

Create and distribute survey easily

Fordele:

Great things with SurveySparrow is, i can build a survey form easily with the build-in template that they have provided and select the survey theme that match with my objective. I also can select the question from the suggested question section.

Ulemper:

I have tried to moving around some of the text field on the survey form, but it just not snapped on the grid that i want and it making a mess to the form layout and design. I have tried it multiple time, but it just not happening and i don't think there is any way to do it properly.

Nice tool for short surveys

Kommentarer: For a detailed interviewing tool with complex question trees, it can definitely do the job, but the lack of easy copying of groups of questions and logic branches makes the builder labor-intensive.

Fordele:

While looking for a TypeForm alternative I came across SurveySparrow. Since we ultimately were not able to use it, I can only comment on the builder tool. Compared to TypeForm (which I worked in as a premium user for several months), SurveySparrow was faster for large survey with multiple logic leaps, the UI did not have the bugs I became accustomed to in TypeForm and SurveySparrow had good optionality for a technical survey (the number field accepts decimals, which TypeForm does not; matrix-type questions have a reasonable amount fo flexibility). Overall: fast, flexible with good optionality on questions. Great, responsive customer service.

Ulemper:

Unfortunately, we ended up not selecting it. We had difficulties copying groups of questions and entire logic branches (which we need to be able to do), so building a large, complex survey would have been too labor intensive. Maybe it is possible, but I could not find an easy way to do it and was working against a deadline.

Don't hate it , don't love it

Kommentarer: I don't think that it's something I want to integrate into my everyday life I have been a user for a little over two years now and I am actually looking into other programs but overall my experience with a decent I don't have too many complaints and I would recommend it as a starting platform if you're trying to get your branding out there.

Fordele:

Every step of creating a survey form is very simple and has next to no learning curves needed before using the software. It's very easy to distribute the surveys into email or social media platforms and it's just a very personal experience all around you really feel like you're getting to know the customers you're working with!

Ulemper:

I really don't have too many complaints I noticed every now and then the dragon drop question box is a little buggy and it makes the customisation process a little bit harder than it should be and you definitely want to be a premium user if you want to access all the complex features that it has to offer I do wish they offered a little bit more features with the cheaper plans.

More than just a survey tool

Kommentarer: I use SurveySparrow for more than just surveys. I use it as a client onboarding tool - for assessments and information gathering.

I love that SurveySparrow looks spectacular and makes me look good, with the ability to use my branding. And its conversational style is wonderful.

Ulemper:

I have been using SurveySparrow for years and have no complaints. I honestly can't think of anything I don't like.

Chirpy Surveys

Kommentarer: We are using SurveySparrow since last 8 months and its good tool for small survey which we conduct internally but it can't be used for larger survey with branching and piping. UI is very user friendly and chat support is prompt. If they can remove the bugs then its great tool. They have Individual as well business type accounts. They should reduce their pricing to be in competitive market.

Fordele:

They have awesome login page . Home page is awesome with best color used. Home page is build on word-press. We have to fill very less details for signup. Their chat services is awesome, their reply is prompt. Premium Plan is Free for 14 Days. They are cheap as compared to SurveyMonkey and other survey tools.

Ulemper:

They have less distribution feature. We can't analyze report properly as their are few bugs in tool. Free trail has 100 Responses Per month with only 10 question per survey, which is very less to evaluate a product. Other feature like custom logo, scoring, reminder, branding etc are paid which doesn't work properly.
