GoBrunch have a comprehensive set of tools that can accommodate the needs of various users. The ability to record and download sessions, as well as the chat history, is particularly helpful for those who want to review past conversations and discussions. This is very useful for me, as an online clinical psychologist.The app's support for up to eight organizers is also a plus, as it allows for better collaboration and coordination among team members. Full moderation controls for mics and cams are also crucial for ensuring a smooth and productive virtual meeting.One of the features I like the most is the screen share feature with sound, ability to play YouTube videos, and upload slides make the app suitable for presentations and webinars. The option to customize and brand virtual spaces with various tools such as background images, texts, seating circles, and navigation between rooms, had provided me and my clients a more immersive and personalized experience.

Regarding recommendations for improvement, one area that the app could enhance is in the ability to host larger events with more than eight organizers. This could help to accommodate larger organizations that may require more than eight organizers to collaborate efficiently.

A Perfect Zoom Alternative

Kommentarer: Literally just got off a GoBrunch Meeting with GoBrunch fouder. I had submitted some feedback, ad I was requested to discovery meeting and now after a discussion, the suggestions are being implimented.

Fordele:

I lovee that I can host meetings or webinars from the same platform without needing additional subscriptions. I also love that I can or praticipants can move items on screen around to their preferred view.

Ulemper:

Two things they are addressing which I dont care for at present. Most views, the participant camera view is too small to actually see facial expressions and body language. Theare addressing this. I do understand the bandwidth issues of larger images but we need to see each other. 2nd, each layout has a preset number of participants so If I choose a 32 person layout and 50 show up, 18 dont get into the meeting. I need to choose 72 person layout and if 50 show up, there are 22 unoccupied vacant seats on screen.

Teaching with GoBrunch

It mimics a real-life interaction very well! You really feel you’re in a real room with everyone else! The layouts make it a very fun experience. I also like the fact that you can re-arrange the elements (chat box, screen views, etc) on the layout as you wish. Lastly, it works EXCELLENTLY on mobile which really surprised me!

Ulemper:

Honestly, apart from the lack of direct integrations with popular crm’s, there’s nothing to dislike. Gobrunch is an EXCELLENT tool!

My experience of GoBrunch

However the software is good, still there are some rooms to be improve. It would have been better if mentioned below points are updated: - Little bit confusing GUI - Slow perform on slow internet - It would be better if some features are add, other wise I have found GoBrunch is better platform for meeting, teaching and other webinar for many users.

No need to install anything, login from your social media account

Kommentarer: I prefer using Gobrunch over any other meeting software I've encountered so far. It's free, quick and easy. All I need is there on the toolbar on the left, none of those confusing buttons that I never knew I needed and actually don't, like other mainstream softwares.

It is quick to log in and intuitive. Get in the room, sit on the chair and that's it: you're present. The colors are vivacious and bring joy to the meeting, it's almost like is fun, you know?

Ulemper:

Sometimes one of the speakers goes silent, it's rare, but quite unpleasant if you're at a business meeting. Another thing is it requires Chrome users to install an add-in and some people are not keen to that.

The easy way to connect in another landscape

Kommentarer: I consider GoBrunch as a great tool for online sessions where there is no need for advanced file sharing or student management. One feels more comfortable with GoBrunch than when using other more formal tools.

I've discovered GoBrunch almost accidentally but liked it from the first moment. Since I needed something that is easy to use for students that I've never seen, it was handy to just email them with the room link, without the need for additional codes or accounts. The use was very straightforward. All the essentials are there and I really love the 'room' layout where one can spread out video feeds as one likes.

Ulemper:

On occasion, there were some hiccups with video streams, but nothing critical.

Porque devemos usar mais o GoBrunch?

Kommentarer: Utilizamos o GoBrunch como alternativa ao Google Meet e YouTube. A plataforma oferece um suporte sensacional e ótimas funções durante o uso, apesar de, vez ou outra, acontecerem algumas quedas.
De modo geral, recomendo o uso da plataforma, tanto pelas funções, quanto pelo cenário mais "presencial".

Fordele:

O que mais gostei no GoBrunch é o fato de que o público que usa a plataforma comigo gosta dela. A cenário semelhante à um auditório presencial ou a salas de reuniões traz uma perspectiva mais física, mesmo no mundo digital. A dinâmica de uso da plataforma, as possibilidades de mudança de layout, as novidades dela, são pontes fortes do GoBrunch e pontos que eu e você como administradores de sala devemos usar e abusar deles.

Ulemper:

Mesmo com tantas vantagens, o GoBrunch apresenta algumas falhas. Não por culpa dele, mas do público que participa das atividades. Como a proposta da plataforma é diferente das outras já conhecidas, o público pensa ser da mesma forma. Entretanto, a pouco visualização dos botões dificulta um pouco a abertura de câmeras e microfones, por exemplo.

Viabilizou, que mesmo aos 73 anos, meu trabalho continuasse, sem fronteiras.

As facilidades, que encontrei na Gobrunch viabilizaram a continuidade do meu trabalho. Com um mecanismo fácil de conhecer e uma assistência , sempre presente, possibilitou que eu adaptasse a cada atividade , a cada público, com muita interação e recurso que enriquecem o aprendizado de cada participante. Facilidade de interação entre minha máquina e dos integrantes de cada sessão, acesso ao Youtube, possibilidade de trabalhos em grupo, adaptação ao número de participantes (com cenários diferentes). Antes meu trabalho dependia da presença física minha e dos participantes . Na Gobrunch e com os recursos disponibilizados: sem trânsito, sem viagens e sentada em minha casa atinjo o meu público sem fronteiras.

O design das salas maiores. Mas é uma questão de costume, nada que desabone a ferramenta.

Avalição para aulas e palestras

Planejar o tempo de gravação, poderia ser livre do início ao final da transmissão. A impossibilidade de rodar vídeos direto no slide, sem necessitar compartilhar a tela. A ausência de ferramentas como laser point para mostrar alguns detalhes em algumas imagens.

Alternativa Prática e Funcional

Kommentarer: A GoBrunch nos trouxe alento em um momento que estávamos bastante perdidos em decorrência dos desdobramentos da pandemia. Já havíamos tentado algumas ferramentas, até com mais recursos, porém o apelo junto ao público era baixo, deixando a desejar. O aluno não se sentia confortável durante as transmissões e nossa audiência estava muito baixa. A partir do momento que mudamos para a GoBrunch, com suas facilidades (tanto para entrar na sala de aula, quanto para assistir ao conteúdo ministrado) nosso público aumentou, nossos professores ficaram mais confiantes e pudemos prosseguir com nossos projetos em um nível de qualidade tão grande quanto o observado nas aulas presenciais.

Conheci a GoBrunch enquanto fazia uma pesquisa para encontrar ferramentas para levar nosso projeto da modalidade presencial para a modalidade a distância. O que me chamou a atenção foi o visual despojado, alegre, leve e funcional da plataforma. O layout alegre e colorido faz com o aluno se sinta à vontade, o que acabou até nos beneficiando com o aumento do número de alunos durante as transmissões.

Ulemper:

Nós utilizamos a versão gratuita e para nós faz falta uma ferramenta de check-in ou lista de chamada. A possibilidade de gravar a aula também, incluindo os compartilhamentos de tela e áudio, nos ajudaria bastante.

Excelente Plataforma

User-friendly, prático, possui diversos layouts (o que torna as apresentações ou aulas muito interessantes), além do suporte super rápido e da constante atualização de recursos. Esporadicamente há também um treinamento de como utilizá-lo efetivamente.

Ulemper:

Gostei do free trial do YouTube e pensei que fosse continuar grátis pelo fato de que em outras plataformas esse recurso também não é cobrado. Meus alunos adoraram e de repente não pudemos utilizá-lo mais sem o pagamento. Muito raramente há problemas técnicos (algo absolutamente normal na internet). Nesses momentos migramos para outra plataforma no momento do ocorrido para não perdermos a aula.

Gerando uma experiência mais personalizada em treinamentos e reuniões

Kommentarer: Tenho realizados inúmeras reuniões de trabalho com clientes que gostaram tanto da experiência que passaram a utilizar. Treinamentos também tem sido executados com facilidade, bastando encaminhar links, sem a necessidade de cadastros mais elaborados.

O ambiente (fundo de tela) faz toda diferença para que o usuário/participante que compreende a intenção do momento. A personalização sobre local e tamanho das janelas também ajuda a dar ênfase em cada momento do encontro/reunião. O acesso por link é mais fácil.

Fácil de utilizar e com recursos muito úteis

This is a very well designed software, it's really cool to look to the screen! It looks like a meeting room and/or a real classrom, where people can "sit" on their desks and participate on the meet/class. It's very easy and intuitive to use, and it has fell but very good tools for the lecturer or the meeting administrator.

Nothing. Everyting that I tried worked very well! I think they're still developing the software, and maybe new tools will be soon available.
