A nice meeting recording software for small companies

Fordele:

Besides being very reliable, the pricing model is very well suited for a small company or freelance professional. Because the recordings have a very small file size, the limitation of 10 recordings for the cheapest plan is not a problem. I can store my most important recordings locally.

Ulemper:

It seems like mobile users are required to download an app, which makes it not an option when my clients absolutely need to meet on a phone.

An underrated service with excellent performance and good feature set

Kommentarer: Zoho Meeting compares well with the industry-standard products from big names such as Zoom, Google and Microsoft. There is no desktop program, only the browser service, but it is more than enough for good performance and usability.

Fordele:

The streaming quality is excellent and the standard videoconference functions (scheduling, chat, screen sharing, changing camera aspect ratio per user) are convenient to use. The paid version also offers branding and uploading of pre-conference files. It is nicely integrated with our Zoho email service for scheduling and sharing the user avatar, and for users of the complete Zoho workplace suite there are supposed to be other useful integrations.

Ulemper:

Some of the options available in the paid version are not as user-friendly to set as I expected. For example, using a custom domain is something I struggle a bit to set up. Also, I miss the feature, available on Microsoft Teams, of sharing files on-screen on the fly during a meeting — in Zoho, it seems to only be possible to share specific files when scheduling the meeting or to share the whole screen during the videoconference.

Zoho meeting is nowhere close to other video conferencing apps.

Kommentarer: I am not happy with it, but really want to be able to use it. I would suggest Zoho start focussing on there BRICS partner country. Africa needs its own server. Particularly in South Africa.

Pretty much everything. It's like Zoho Meeting is even worse than when Zoom started.

Amazingly awesome product

Kommentarer: I was great! love that they offer a free trial, easy to use, very cost-effective - especially for new small businesses, great quality platform, awesome features - even for the free version and amazing customer service!

It was easy to set up my webinar/meeting - even when it came down to setting up the auto response emails, reminder emails and linking websites or landing pages that correspond to the webinar/meeting. I also really appreciate how quickly the customer service responded to my questions and being very understandable, helpful, friendly and yet professional. Oh, and let’s not forget about the free trial and the pricing is very reasonable for those who are starting out doing webinars/meeting and the quality that is great for both big and small business - just awesome period!

Ulemper:

There was no downside really - the only thing for me was trying to understand the difference between the free version and the paid version when it came to how many attendees you can have per cost.

Best app for meetings

The facility enables me to collaborate, share screen with multiple users in the same meeting, and it's easy to connect -even with low bandwidth connectivity.

The pricing can be a bit cheaper, especially for connections of more than 5 accounts.

Ulemper:

Its free version is quite limiting unfortunately. And its audio and HD video support a challenge. Hope it can improve on those.

Very good videoconferencing and meeting scheduling application

It is very user friendly and easy to connect with the participant. I also like the fact that we can use a white board and record the session. This is the features that I like the most

Nothing specifically. It is just sometimes a bit difficult to find the functions but once you know where it is, it is easy.

When integrated with other Zoho software like Zoho mail, Zoho sheet, Zoho doc, Zoho sheet and the likes, this makes sorting of documents, setting meetings and conference, texting through instant messaging, linking up with customers, sending and sharing classes, all this comes with ease. This has saved our organization a lot of time and effort by offering us a seemless way to get every necessary stuffs in order within minutes.

Ulemper:

There were times the speaker doesn't really work well while using a mobile but restarting the meeting usually does the trick and this get solved everytime, nothing else other than that

Awesome Meeting Platform

Kommentarer: Zoho meeting helps me and my coworkers stay in touch in a variety of ways. When available for a video call we can jump on and see each other or if we are unavailable to be on video, we can jump on a phone call and have a discussion. I also like this this is very easy to use and really no training needed at all. It is pretty intuitive.

Zoho is so easy to use. I like that I can attend a meeting through a video or dial in number on the phone so when I am driving, I do not miss a meeting. I even use this to stay connect to my family in another state.

I have only used the free version so there are limitations but even with those, I have no complaints.

Zoom Meeting has met all my expectations and i have not gotten any drawbacks since i started using it.

Needs improvement but the best as a part of Zoho One Bundle

The app is easy to use and configure, the price is the best since is part of Zoho One Bundle, which let you set up a ton of feature.

Sometimes communications are bad and the sound is not good at first when using AirPods, I have to des sync and to sync again.

Great online Meeting tool

Zoho meeting has almost all of the well known features available in market renowned meeting software such as Google meet, Teams, Zoom. There is no lag while screen sharing( complete window) unlike google meet, where i used to face too much problems.

Ulemper:

Honestly i don't see any Cons while using Zoho meeting. If the price for the subscription( including recording) made little cheaper compared to other competitors, it will defintely attract very high customers base.

Zoho Webinar - Great software even greater team

Kommentarer: We evaluated Zoho Webinar for our social non-profit organization for a month. We run a actual webinar with multiple hosts and approx. 100+ attendees. We aim to continue with Zoho after comparing other tools for our requirements. The tool is easy to use by people who are not necessarily technical. In social service world we encounter with many people who are not tech savvy. In virtual event, the ease of use of the tool is critical for getting these stakeholders involved. The people from Zoho customer service and the account management team are very supportive and genuinely provide advices in the best interest of us.
