My Outstanding experience with Sage HR.

I like how it's simple to hire new job candidates with Sage HR.It is simple to track employees time and attendance with Sage HR.It is a reliable tool for employees performance appraisal.It streamlines employees onboarding and recruiting process.

I lack anything to highlight as drawback with Sage HR because it achieves all my objectives.

Works if your company is in a bind

I liked the announcement section and the company view to see the employees as you are able to see them by face and name and not just a list.

Ulemper:

It was hard to set up correctly and the customer service was awful and not very helpful and since I'm in the U.S and they are in the U.K they always seemed to be gone. For instance i needed some help at 1pm on a Thursday and the response message was we are closed but someone will get back to you Monday. Only through the chat bot on the screen, there is no number to call and if you do you get the "other" sage companies who transfer you around to everyone until you reach someone who says call this number and you end up calling Canada who says "umm you have the wrong number"

Being modular it does not confuse user by too many options and users can only have services that they really needed without having "Noise services". Now it has about seven versatile modules, including Core HR, Leave Management, and Recruitment, Sage HR streamlines everything from onboarding to performance evaluation. Features like customizable workflows, comprehensive reports, and an intuitive dashboard empower businesses to manage the workforce efficiently while safeguarding sensitive data. However, having even more modules such as file management could be beneficial for certain teams such as teams of scientists.

Sage HR Best Tool For Timesheets

Kommentarer: I was trained on Sage HR by a great team and I was easily able to get setup and use the program.

The timesheets and scheduling are easy to setup and utilize. I love it and my team loves it it was easy to integrate into our company.

Ulemper:

Nothing, Sage HR is one of the best human resource tool and applications around.

Great HR software that does a LOT!

It's really helped us streamline our HR processes from onboarding with e-signatures to managing our workforce online. Plus, the employee database is robust, and the workflow builder has been handy for our daily operations. And the half-price offer for the first three months was a pretty good bonus!

Ulemper:

Great product, can't think of any besides making a few changes to the UI.

Loving Sage HR

Fordele:

Sage HR works well for our business. It covers annual leave across all working patterns used by the business. It is user friendly. We now have all staff on an HR system and it's free.

Would like telephone support more than chat help

The best way to HR management

I really liked the mobile app of this soft. It was easy to setup and very easy to use. Employee scheduling feature helped a lot with my projects where I needed full power.

Ulemper:

Could not find any Cons for this software, really glad I found it.

Sage HR - Review

Fordele:

Easy to use and anyone new user we have that needs to use the program picks it up very quickly. Fairly cheap and regular updates.

Ulemper:

UI looks very outdated compared to competitors.

Kommentarer: I use a very basic set of Sage HR functional, but it still makes me face some issues, which is not the most comfortable experience. Calendar and Company tabs are OK

It has basic functional needed for a HRM process. The dev team adds new features and updates from time to time.

Ulemper:

The main and critical functional still has A LOT of issues. For example, we have a limited amount of Emergency Days available, BUT Sage do not show me any alerts when people overuse the Policy. Which makes me basically keep a track of things by myself. Also, almost a year ago I reported a few bugs to a customer support, and I still see those bugs from time to time. E.g. I don't think it's necessary to have a "death" item in a dropdown regarding the termination reason.... Like seriously? You guys already have "other" and I personally think it's enough

Expensive but mostly user friendly

It takes some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, nothing negative to say. I would just say spend time learning and playing through the system for easier faster use

Cake HR is a Strategic Partner for Findasense

Kommentarer: Has helped us a lot in the optimization, automatization and agility to handle our employee data and processes like leaves, feedback, goals, etc.
We have established an alliance with the Cake HR team and this has allowed us to customize the app to our and being able to find solutions to our daily needs.

Fordele:

Intuitive for its use, user friendly, modern look, flexibility in workflows and constant improvements in the app. The best part for us is that we have constant contact with the support team and work very closely in designing processes and workflows to respond our internal needs.

Ulemper:

We are working on having a more horizontal structure and be able to install a collective decision making process. So far Cake HR needs for everyone to have a "manager" for approvals in many of the processes so sometimes we need to think around that. This is not a mejor limitation since the app also allows for some processes to have automatic approvals, but would be interesting to evaluate new organization models.

Could this be the best HR software?

Kommentarer: Our group utilizes it to deal with our time-off and remote working arrangements. It's really basic and simple to utilize and exceptionally practical. Looks perfect and proposition numerous modules and yet the usefulness of the vast majority of them is exceptionally essential.

User friendly Flexible (at least in concept)

No recruitment module Not enough fields in recipes (I am pretty sure that it is possible to let user to use much more variables and logic operators (jumps, triggers) and play with boolean search and complex logic). No calendar of upcoming appraisals for all the company, which could be useful for HR service to plan the load (I mean, standard calendar table view for the whole year) No recurrence (you should duplicate the same task manually, instead of setting of recurrence 'once per every 6/12/18 months etc") When you change initial task itself, the workflow which includes this task, still contains not updated version. As for me, if any component has been changed, it should be relevantly changed in any more complicated structures which contain that 'brick', instead of manual searching where this component could be used and further manual changing.

A great organisation software

Kommentarer: I use CakeHR on a daily basis to schedule my vacations, to register expenses and to schedule my home office days. I also use this software to check when are my team-mates in office or away

This software is very user friendly and you don't need to be an expert on websites to figure what you can do inside the platform. Is also an easy way to organise your team vacays and to have a overall view of the entire schedule

Ulemper:

The only downside for this software is that sometimes when creating a new account the invitation request might fail but the support temas acts quickly

A solid option for a startup and SME

Kommentarer: This has been a great solution to managing the day to day HR ops. I also like that i feel that i am contributing to making this product better such is the interaction with the CakeHR team. I am starting to reach some scalability limits but this software is evolving and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to a startup or SME.

Fordele:

It has all the standard features you need at a budget friendly cost and the customer support is responsive. The UI is intuitive, even for the employees who didn't really need any training to use it. I also like the G-Suite and Slack integration.

Ulemper:

It needs more feature updates to have better functionality and scalability - the support team and community is pretty good at taking on requests and fixing bugs though.

Solid HR Management Tool

Kommentarer: Have really loved using this across a distributed team while still giving us the feeling of being connected, cohesive, and consistent across the board.

Fordele:

Loved using this for onboarding as it made the process seamless, especially with the app. The perfect option for growing teams who want a consistent employee experience across the board (form onboarding, to reviews, benefits, etc.) it all lives in one place and makes it so easy to access.

Ulemper:

The only thing that would be nice to change is the ability to be more specific with requesting an exact number of hours so you can be more specific with your request for time off.

Sage Solution

Kommentarer: This software suite will allow managment to automate internal human resource processes, that were previously completed manually. This has improved our internal efficiencies.

Fordele:

What I liked about this software is the ease to automate internal processes.This software will allow a complete electronic profile to be created for all employees.

Ulemper:

I found there was a bit of a learning curve to become a fluent user. This software may be problematic for non-computer literate employees.
