Powerful tool for lead capture forms creation

Kommentarer: I benefited a lot with Marquiz, data, lead and feedback collection never been easier. Overall experience was great, as for me it is one of my top-rated marketing tools for now

Marquiz allowed me to create forms and engaging quizzes in a flash with top features such as Al integration, which is a real time-saver. Since now I could generate questions for quiz in one click. I also like design customization and the ability of ready to use templates.

Ulemper:

I suggest, that Al is not so advanced now as I wish it could be

Conversion optimized, great feedback and guidance functions. Conditional logic is great. Eu hosting option available for GDPR.

Ulemper:

I'd need there to be a visual quiz scorecard feature with downloadable PDF results. Roadmap doesn't seem to active, it seems.

OK quiz, poor service

Kommentarer: Overall, I wouldn't recommend Marquiz unless they improve their support.

I recently tried Marquiz for building quizzes, and while the tool has potential, I found it to be a bit clunky to set up. The interface could use some improvements to make the process smoother.

Unfortunately, the customer service was a significant downside. I experienced a lot of back and forth without any real help, and my issues remained unresolved.

Great looking quizzes with powerful incentive and deployment options

For me, what makes marquiz different from other quiz software is the ability to include incentives such as discounts and bonuses for users who complete a quiz.

Ulemper:

Some of the layout and image options could be more flexible. I struggled to get some images to display correctly on question pages.

Kommentarer: One of the best is that with a help of Marquiz we are able to create engaging quizzes that simply looks fine and works! New leads generates in a flash, because quizzes we made engages audience. Moreover they always integrate new cool features such as AI. I was definitely waiting for it.

At first to admit I do really like its flexibility and intuitive interface. You could simply create and launch quiz in two minutes. What was the most noticeable is AI integration, which helps me to generate questions and answers for my quizzes in a flash.

Ulemper:

Sometimes onside analytics works not in appropriate way. But you could use google analytics instead, its additional feature

Good service for extraordinary tasks

Kommentarer: We've connected the service to our company to generate high quality leads since our task involved deep processing of leads to find out the most suitable ones for further cooperation. It was a quite complicated task and we fully customized the service with design, buttons, questions and answers etc. It's really cool that the service allows all these features. Our marketing team worked together with Marquiz team, especially with the support. As a result we got the necessary amount of leads with full primary information about each partner, and it greatly simplified further communication with them.We also surveyed current and ex-partners to identify growth areas that would help us keep the partnership longer. Then we offered new enhanced terms to some of current partners.

The whole setup process was a bit of a challenge. There we had to fully explore all the available features to make the most customizable quiz possible. It takes some time if there is no ready-made template for the task. But this problem no longer arises when connecting the next quizzes

Amazing front end UI let down by other deficiencies

Kommentarer: Such mixed feelings. It changed our whole outlook on lead generation, but it’s just unusable for any project that needs a decent export or any data analytics. If you just want leads and don’t expect complex forms or huge volumes, I’d recommend it heavily.

It is incredibly easy to make a very attractive lead generation form or quiz. They look fantastic on mobile and desktop. Our leads instantly doubled after we began using Marquiz.

Ulemper:

Exporting our data was a nightmare. Exporting a CSV of our leads simply resulted in gobbledygook. So instead we used integrately (which we had to do for every single form) to hook it up with Google sheets. However as soon as we started using custom logic that didn’t even work, with the columns completely out of order. It’s also frustrating having to click white label every single time. If someone signs up for a package which offers white label, surely that should be the default option.

Lead generation on autopilot

What I like most about Marquiz is the ease of creating a quiz or lead form. The finished quizzes are great designed and act like their own lead funnel. It's fun to collect new leads with Marquiz, all without a website.

Ulemper:

Even though the interface is easy to use overall, I would like to see more settings options to customize even more. Also, the white label option doesn't work in the premium packages, so support has to do this manually.

It's Easy To Use, And It's Not Too Pricey.

What I liked most about Marquiz was its simplicity. It was very user friendly. You can quickly build quizzes that are engaging and offer real value to your audience.

Ulemper:

It did not offer the ability to create personality quizzes. This was one of the main reasons I needed a quiz builder and assumed it would have that functionality. The UI wasn't that great either.

It worth its money

I love the way Marquiz allows to create interactie quizzes. Builder is simple and afford great experience without any coding. Most ipactful feature was logic branching for my quizzes, it helped me to set up results based on user answers and charge it with the right incentive.

Es muy nuevo asi que no tiene tantas funciones como tendrían otras aplicaciones mas maduras pero van por buen camino

Kommentarer: I loved it and have been loving it for a while. It is easy to capture leads and export them. It is also easy to integrate with mailing softwares or programs. It is cheaper than its competitors too and that's a big bonus for those who are just starting out.

The main cons of this tool are not the cons of this tool per se but is a con related to its users. Most users like myself go in fresh, with no prior experience of building quizzes. So I have had many a failures where multiple answers have yielded the same quiz result. A flow-chart will help if created in advance. And I wish Marquiz would give a feature like this within the program itself for helping users build better quizzes that truly work.

Support lacks in a big way

Easy to use and features make for simple to deploy quizzes and surveys.

Ulemper:

The company is having billing problems so they can't accept credit cards currently. I've been trying to pay for this service for a week with no help from support. The account is now suspended with leads trapped in the system and they won't restore the account even though they have no way for me to pay for it.

I love the UI of the software. The some features are great too.

The support doesn't really know its tool. They reply very late and for each simple question I have to wayt days while they ask the developers. Seems like the "support team" is outsourced to people that does't know anything about the tool. The minor bugs (eg. broken link fix) was reported 10 times and withing a month they didn't even fix that. The answer was "we're small team, please understand this". I cannot, sorry.

Great software you can just create quizzes through templates or from fresh. The interface lets you visualise the quiz flow and add the assets you need whether that's video or images. Great for lead gen.

Ulemper:

I found the templates to be limited and I needed conditional logic tools for my funnel. But that's really something personal and I think you can get some of those as an upgrade.
