Additionally, it facilitates the management of each employee by handling their personal information, documents, contracts, and contact details. I have also used it to perform automatic salary calculations based on their working hours.
Ulemper:
Although Odoo is an excellent tool for management, whether for human resources or other areas, it has integration issues with other systems, which can make it complicated and sometimes require additional development.
Great support helping me understand mail flow configurations within Odoo
Kommentarer: Until now it has been super great and really helping me build my business platform. I still have lots to learn, but Apps and Configurations are simpel and intuitive

Initial response to begin resolution. It was after i had asked for feedback after 24 hrs of ticket submission
Horrible product and service for a small company
Kommentarer: Nightmare. We spent thousands on Odoo internal consultants, plus we hired a third-party consultant, because Odoo consultants were not available or didn't provide work-arounds. Constant frustration. Hundreds of hours trying to implement the product. Simple tasks like setting up email and service contracts are almost impossible to get working, even with paid assistance.
Fordele:
Not much to like. We hoped for an all-in-one product to save duplicate data entry. What we got was a ton of non-integrated features, complicated workarounds, and compromises, plus expensive uncaring, unresponsive PAID consultants.
Ulemper:
No field service scheduling. Accounting system is overly complex and not suitable for smaller companies that need simple accounting. Calendar started double-booking, Requirement expensive consulting to implement. Tons of work-arounds. Unresponsive, uncaring consultants, expensive consulting fees.
Overvejede alternativer:
SQL error while installing app
Kommentarer: Satisficed with the outcome and how the software is adapted to our needs. Support if not bad and they give you a solution.
Fordele:
Open source and easy to troubleshoot. I give you the freedom to customize the apps according to your needs. Very important for businesses with complex processes that do not follow standards.
Ulemper:
Sometimes there is a fine line on support if you are not hosted in Odoo.sh. Not fare at all for self hosted companies
Great software that takes a while to prove its worth
Kommentarer: Odoo's customer service has often been really responsive - this is not always the case with their partners..... choose carefully.

Odoo is software with huge possibilities whether your business is large or small. It captures all the data that you require for your business and integrates many aspects of the business workflow.
Ulemper:
It sometimes feels as though one is driving a ferrari with a learner's licence. Keep your expectations under control and be prepared to put a lot of time into learning how to get the best out of the software.
