Hvad er HRnest?

HRnest er en intuitiv software, der understøtter det daglige arbejde i HR-afdelingerne. Med det gøres det muligt for medarbejdere nemt at indsende deres ferieanmodninger, mens arbejdsgiveren kan overvåge brugen af orlov, registrere arbejdstid, oprette tidsplaner for hele virksomheden og administrere medarbejdernes personlige filer. Databasen er fuldt kompatibel med verdens førende datasikkerhedsstandarder (herunder GDPR) og kan tilgås døgnet rundt fra enhver lokation eller enhed.

It gives me confidence, it allow to go back to check everything and it is a great planning tool.Definitely something I cannot imagine working without.Every other system I used in the past failed on some level -with HR nest I ma confident not even one minute is lost, and I can manage my flexible work time so efficiently. I'm a fan.

Fordele:

For a tool that I use every day at work, it gives me good user experience. I like the non-invasive interface, clear display of most important data, and that I can access all the info in one place. The functionality goes beyond work-time registration, it also allows to plan, see the scheduling of other team members, who is in the office at that time.

Ulemper:

Data is displayed in various ways. The one I prefer the least is Work Time/ Reports - with vertical display and red markings when the time was missed - I much more often loot at Work Time/ Calendar that shows me the time in horizontal manner and somehow it's more comprehensive to me. I guess it depends how we think about time in general.

Deleting entered data from forms before there aproovment. It is not possible to redefine the scope of competences for existing users.

Fordele:

Easy to use, intuitive, all the most important features are in the dashboard, everything else is just one click away.

Ulemper:

It's way too hard to log in through the phone, the password is always wrong for some reason, sometimes is a bit slow.

Finally, you do not need to write out paper applications, you can send everything electronically.

A bit too much clicking if someone only sends two applications: for a holiday leave and for remote work.Maybe it would be possible to hide or limit unused options? Or move the used ones to the top?

Kommentarer: The program is simple and clear even for a novice user on the first day. Everything is intuitive. You can move around on the platform comfortably.

Fordele:

What I like the most is that I can very easily apply for leave, I don't have to print paper applications and go to HR. I can make up my working hours on an ongoing basis. When it comes to choosing a leave application, there are a lot of options, everything is transparent.

To be honest, you don't get any downsides for this short period of use. It really made the job easier.

Clear HR management without HR manager

With HRnest we keep all things related to attendance at one place, after our HR manager left the company was a bit confused what to do. After few clicks we knew all is fine and we can keep all formal biurokracy in order. The accountancy is happy too, it's flexible and easy software.

I had problem with expiring session, but contact with support solved this quickly.

HR nest Time and Absence tracking system evaluation

Kommentarer: Provide minimal work time, holiday and absence tracking but it needs to be develped to be customized to the needs of our company and to fully comply with the law.

Fordele:

Easy to use, transparent, customer finedly, possiblity to extract and export the data to excel for reporting.

Ulemper:

Currently no possibility to create monthly work time sheets in line with labour law regulations pls implement the monthly time sheet approval process. Employee prepares the monthly time sheet, employee manager approves, the document can be printed out and submitted to the aduitor in case of authorities audits.

HRnest offers the option of preparing a monthly working timesheet by an employee and sending it for approval by the supervisor - a lot depends on the settings in the system administrator's account (HR account). Kommentarer: Very good Product and cooperation, affordable price for an average company in Poland, technical support at the highest level. New name more professional (from "Urlopek" to "HRnest"). Free account for up to 5 employees - the highest rating.

The software is readable, intuitive and with well-written instructions. In addition, people of all ages can use the system. Thanks to it, every employee easily manages their working time and informs about absences.
