A fit solution that really works

Kommentarer: As a person that is between sizes, when shopping online I always consult sizing charts and try fit recommendation tools when offered. The results are mixed, but generally disappointing. In my first time using Prime AI I bought three items, each were recommended at a different size and all fit perfectly. The result was particularly surprising because the two dresses I bought were the same dress but in different color patterns, and the trousers were recommended in a size I would never have considered. It's truly the most impressive experience I have had using a fit recommendation tool.

Fordele:

Prime AI recommendations are based on individual garments. When browsing the same dress in different colors I was recommended different sizes. A bit unsure, I bought both dresses in the recommended sizes and they each fit perfectly. I have not seen this kind of garment variant dependent recommendations with any other fit solution I've tried.

Ulemper:

Nothing really, only that I wish it were more widely available while shopping online.

Handy tool and fantastic customer service

The tool allows us to offer accurate fitting information to our customers, including information based on returns to maintain accuracy. The Prime AI team are very helpful if/when issues arise, and are quick at responding and solving problems, as well as suggesting new ways the tool can be implemented.

Ulemper:

No cons that I can think of, it works well

Efficient cooperation

Our cooperation with Prime AI is very successful, we are happy with the results. Also, optimisation of the tool has been implemented after multiple feedback sessions to which Prime AI has been very open.

Ulemper:

The UX was not the best, but after multiple feedback sessions, things got fixed.

The reporting are not really visualized in the backend. But in case of questions as your provider ;)

Seamless implementation, and the communication with the team behind it has been outstanding. Monthly data and insights proactively shared by Prime AI team, help us make informed decisions, and explore new possibilities.

Ulemper:

The tool requires manual data input, which can be time-consuming, and there's potential for improvement in terms of exploring new innovations in the field to further enhance its capabilities.
