Fordele:

The software is very intuitive and easy to use. It has allowed us to streamline processes and become much more efficient. We have been able to automate what were previously manual tasks and there are increasing numbers of reports we can use to monitor all aspects of our business from customer interaction through to financial reporting. Our customers also find it much easier to interact with us. They can now monitor their class and account information at any time. There is lots of technical support available and crucially this is provided in a timely manner. The software is very robust and reliableand developing all the time.

Ulemper:

Truthfully there is nothing to add here. The software has been easy to use from Day 1 and transition was seamless.

Kommentarer: Excellent from day one, any support and training needed was easily accessed and very well delivered.

This system gives everything that you need in order to run your business from day to day operations to reporting on every aspect of your business. It’s very easy to use with clear and concise design. The flexibility of the system is also very good and any extra functions that may be needed are looked at and if possible processed by the helpful support team. The support you receive from the tech team is second to none. If you want to grow your business by spending less time implementing spreadsheets, databases etc then this system is definitely for you. Highly recommended.

After using the system for 2 years there has been no negative aspects discovered. Unlike other systems previously used there are no outages and always working. Any time down due to updates or developments are done at times when the system is not being used and always planned and announced well in advance

Kommentarer: Training and support is second to none. It was a straight forward transition which has had a profound impact on our business both in terms of improving cash flow and profitability and also in terms of customer experience and improved service delivery.

Earlier version didn’t have a lot of filters to offer on classes. However this has now been updated and is very good and simple to use .

Fordele:

The layout is clear and easy to follow. The booking time for a new swimmer is fast and effective. The customer gets confirmation at the time of the booking. To book direct it is quick and easy. The support behind the scenes is great. Always there to respond if you need them. The knowledge base that is created for myself and the customer is also very helpful and answers your questions by talking you through what needs to be done. Constantly being updated with new and improved systems to work with the growth and development of my business.

The move to the software was efficient and easy. I do not have any issues with the software system.
