> **Fordele**: What I liked most about Wrike was the ability to have visibility across my team and organize and prioritize our project and program work holistically. I felt that having this visibility and transparency helped us with our accountability and productivity.

> **Ulemper**: I did not find that Wrike was very easy to use. I think they fall into the trap that many Project Management Software tools find themselves in-- too much flexibility and granularity. For organizations that are looking for structure and looking to build, this gives way too much up to the interpretation of the user. If this is to work as intended, Wrike needs to provide way more resources to customers in terms of best practices, training, , etc, to enable teams to build what works for their process flow. Without that pillar, it just gives the operations team the world with no where to run with it.

> **Fordele**: I had a long day today and I am really glad I did not spend a lot of time chasing down status updates from others as Wrike gives me the information I need quickly. The dashboard provides an overview of all the projects we are working on and all their status' without having to ping each member individually and wait. Automation is another feature that I enjoy and as I created a workflow several years ago that automatically moves tasks to the next person responsible after approval and I don't even think about this anymore as it just happens. In addition to automation, real-time collaboration with multiple users entering data into the same area does not create problems.

> **Ulemper**: The cost of Wrike increases faster than you would think if you want to use many of its important features. Many of the advanced tools such as dashboards, advanced reporting, certain integration with third party software, etc. are not standard, so they will increase your costs. A small issue of mine is that the wrike mobile application performs much slower than the web based version and takes longer to load and therefore, I generally wait to check Wrike until I am sitting at my desk.

> In our company prior to using Wrike, we were storing project information in email communications, shared Excel spreadsheets, and/or individual employee memory systems. Wrike helps cut down on miscommunication issues that occur frequently between departments by providing visibility to what work is completed or still pending within cross-departmental projects. Accountability is also increased through Wrike. When employees are held accountable for completing tasks assigned to them and those tasks are visible via Wrike, they are more likely to complete their tasks rather than rely on someone else doing it for them.

I particullarly like the report creation features that helps us with KPI and provides visibility of our current status to the team. I also like the help boards and the ability to add or vote on new features as needed. Team collaboration on projects has improved and as an operating environment we can ensure all project related information and tasks are within the project, keep focus and not having to dig through emails to find what I am looking for or when.

> **Ulemper**: Licensing costs, seem high when compared with some other solutions, making adding licensing a somewhat complex ROI justification. We have struggled with some features we would like like time keep integration with our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software integration (Using SAP), so we are not using Wrike to get a good estimate of estimated verses actual from Wrike, but rather using 2 systems to get to utilization a variance to project estimated hours. I have noticed that some implemented changes by Wrike seem to overwrite my custom settings and changes how the Space or particular screen and tree view are shown, though I did not make a change myself.

> **Fordele**: The cross-tagging is literally the first real game-changer for how our team works and so instead of having to create and maintain two separate versions of the same task/project, when something impacts both marketing and ops teams, you don’t have to duplicate anything or follow-up on multiple teams. I am beat from today and needed to write this down before i forgot about what i was saying. The Gantt view in Wrike is probably one of the better views i’ve used. The ability to drag dependencies around and have everything flow without breaking (this seems like a no-brainer), has been a pain point for many other platforms. Blueprints will likely also reduce your overall setup time if you’re creating similar types of projects, as once you get your blueprint set up correctly; you won’t be building from scratch every single time.

> **Ulemper**: I find that the dashboard builder is somewhat underwhelming relative to the power of the rest of the application. While you’ll be able to get very basic widgets into the dashboard, most of the more detailed reporting capabilities require far too much clicking and sometimes the data just doesn’t report out in the manner that you’d expect. Request forms work fine, however new users often need to be walked through where their submissions end up post-submission, as it’s not clear. It may seem minor, but the notification section becomes cluttered quickly and i haven’t found a good way to clean it out without getting into settings and adjusting the noise levels. In terms of cost structure – there isn’t a lot of flexibility with the pricing tiers. Some of the really valuable features such as time-tracking reports and automated trigger functionality are restricted by higher tier plans.

> Prior to using Wrike, we were updating project status via email chains, keeping track of tasks via spreadsheets and checking-in on project status via Slack messages — none of which were connected. Thus, each question received approximately 4 different answers in 4 different places. Now all of these questions have a central location to receive an answer and because they’re tied together (contextually) including comments, files, and historical status updates – they get completed much faster and more accurately than when they existed in someone’s email box.
