The value for money is amazing, since I use the free account I'm able to not only connect remotely but I can have a few computers on unattended access so I can help whenever. We have multiple branches and being able to jump on and assist is a Godsend. It's so easy to use, I have people who are not computer savvy able to use it and it just works. The connection is stable, never having any connection issues at all.
